A behind the scenes look at artist Maja Maljević at work with the David Krut Workshop (DKW) team under the guidance of Master Printer Jillian Ross. Maljević can be seen using multiple techniques including silkscreen, etching, drypoint, monotype, collage and hand work (pencils, markers, ink etc); uniting 8 artistic media, 9 different types of paper, 11 silkscreen colours, 5 intaglio colours and 6 printmakers in a buzz of creative activity at DKW. The 61 new unique prints titled Documents for the People (2018) were featured in Maljevic’s solo show, Polytekton at David Krut Projects, Johannesburg – August 2018.
