Rust III by Faith 47
This print series is inspired by my fascination with the textures within cities. The lime water drips that stain the underpasses of bridges. The layered stains and scratchings on walls left by daily commuters. Old faded letters bleached by the sun, the signs long since removed. Organic markings softening harsh urban architecture. These city textures are often associated with decay and decomposition, but I’ve found them beautiful, the textures silently bearing witness to the movement and changing life within our cities.
