Art and Justice: The Art of the Constitutional Court of South Africa, Book Launch with Albie Sachs in conversation with David Krut.
The second edition of Art and Justice: The Art of the Constitutional Court of South Africa, published by David Krut Publishing launched on Wednesday, 21 February 2018 at David Krut Projects Cape Town.
The book documents and celebrates the artworks integrated into and collected for the Constitutional Court of South Africa in Johannesburg. The launch reflected on the support and value of the arts and works collected for Constitutional Court. Former Constitutional Court judge Albie Sachs elaborated on the creativity and importance of the art collection whilst in conversation with David Krut, founder of David Krut Projects and Publishing.
Art and Justice pays tribute to the extraordinary vision of the architects and judges of the Court who sought to bring together, in the most inspiring, innovative and dignified way possible, art and the workings of justice, and to give a public soul to the new Court building.
